The condo association takes 5-7 business days to approve all lease via On-Line registration which charges $100. Tenants will need to buy building ID cards @ $30 per card, one time fee to use the amenities. Sorry no pets allowed since owner has allergies. Two bedroom two full bath luxury unit has w/d plus ocean and pool view. Unit located at the Roney Palace with access to the ONE HOTEL amenities. However, gym is not included in rate but can be paid seperately.
